Bulk Week















Covered some distance in Training this week
Pool training - long sets, short breaks about 13k
Harbour swim Sat. 10k
Penrith Regatta open water race Sun. 2k

Total swim distance this week 25k

My back is really bad so I didn't even get to to the 'mini swim' at Avalon.

*But seriously, these swims are huge achievements.

How about the English Channel?

And are you doing Rottnest?

That's crazy talk!
My goal this year is a 10k ocean race.
Maybe ??? something like Rotto one day, if I can put it all together.
And that's about as far as I want to go.

How about a Penrith Bridge to Bridge swim this Sunday, 3k .. or 5k!
There's no time limit, the main event is 3k (one lap), but give yourself an option to swim thru onto 2nd lap to make it 5k.
